Method 1: degreasing. Wipe with cotton wet with solvent, after oil is removed, again with clean cotton cloth to wipe a few times. Commonly used solvents: trichloroethylene, acetate, ethyl acetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone and petrol.

Method 2: fat in the solution after the chemical treatment: concentrated sulfuric acid 27.3 (quality, the same below), potassium dichromate 7.5, water 65.2, impregnated in a 60~65℃ 10~30min remove the water after washing, drying or drying at temperature below 80. Or wash and then dry in the following solution: phosphoric acid 10, n-butanol 3, 20 water, this method applies to phenolic-nylon plastic, with good results.

Method 3: skim the following solution after the chemical treatment of: ammonium 3~3.5, chromium 20~26 oxide, sodium phosphate 2~2.5, 50~60 concentrated sulphuric acid, boric acid 0.4~0.6, water 1000, at 25~40℃ temperatures dipping 4.5~6min, namely, washing and drying. High bonding strength of this method, treatment 4H adhesive, apply epoxy and epoxy-nitrile rubber bonding.

Method 4: skim the following solution after the chemical treatment of: phosphoric acid 7.5, chromium oxide 7.5 alcohol 5.0 formaldehyde (36~38%) 80, at 15~30℃ temperatures dipping 10~15min, under 60~80℃, then wash and dry.

Method 5: degreased anodized in the following solution: concentrated sulfuric acid 22g/L, in 1~1.5A/dm2 electric strength of impregnated 10~15min, then in saturated potassium dichromate solution, impregnated in a 95~100℃ 5~20min, then wash and dry.

Method 6: fat in the solution after the chemical treatment: 66 potassium dichromate and sulfuric acid (96%666, water 1000, dipping at 70 ℃ 10min, then wash and dry.

Method 7: fat in the solution after the chemical treatment: nitric acid (d=1.41) 3 hydrofluoric acid (42%) 1, at 20 ℃ impregnated 3s, wash with cold water, then wash with hot water at 65 ℃, distilled water rinse and dry. This method is suitable for casting aluminum alloys with high copper.

Method 8: after sandblasting or polishing, zhongyang polarization in the following solution: chromium oxide 100, sulphuric acid 0.2, sodium chloride 0.2, within 10min at 40 deg c will rise voltage from 0V to 10V, maintained 20min, then 5min up from 10V to 50V, keep 5min and washing, drying 700 ℃. Note: free chromium oxide concentrations shall not exceed 30~35g/L.

Method 9: skim the following solution after the chemical treatment of: sodium 10, non-ionic detergents 0.1, soaking at 65 ℃ 5min, then below 65 ℃ washed, then wash with distilled water and dry. This method is suitable for bonding of aluminum foil.

Method 10: fat in the following solution after the chemical treatment: sodium fluoride 1, concentrated nitric acid 15, water 84, impregnated 1min at room temperature, washed and then dealt with in the following solution: concentrated sulfuric acid 30, sodium dichromate 7.5, water of 62.5 maceration at room temperature 1min, wash and dry.
